Merry Christmas guys! I hope all of you are having a great one ♥

Mine's been good... and I have the best boyfriend in the world. I love imthelobster a whole hell of a lot, and he is very good to me. :)

We went to my Dad's last night to do Christmas with him. They made me happy just because they did things like buy a new stocking so that James had one, too, and putting both our names on some of the gifts, as well as giving him a couple of things just for him. I'm so glad they're actually acknowledging how important this relationship is to me.
For me, they gave me a Wii Fit, so I'm really happy about that. I've been wanting it, and hopefully I'll actually use it regularly, since I could stand to lose some weight, for sure.

Today we had our Christmas morning together, and we're going to go to my Mom's for dinner tonight. So a pretty relaxed Christmas all in all, but I like that it's not been stressful or too overly crazy.

Hopefully next year we'll be going up to Vermont and spending Christmas with his family. Somehow we're going to manage to make that happen.

Why do I like such shitty television sometimes? LOL. I've been watching Dancing with the Stars, and I have no idea why. The dancing really is kind of sub-par haha. But whatever, it gives me something to watch in the background.

So, for the next three days, imthelobster is opening at work, and I'm closing. :( I haaate days like that, especially when they come in stretches, because we basically don't see each other at all. I wish it didn't happen so freaking often. Sigh.

ZOMG I GOT A NEW COMPUTER MONITOR!!!

It is a 22" wide screen, and it is SO LOVELY I don't even. :D :D :D :D :D :D

I am justifying this purchase by calling it a birthday gift to myself.

Also, it was on clearance.

And also very, very awesome. Hee. :D

1. Caffeine pills. Sweet, glorious caffeine pills, which are the only reason I am still awake and not asleep at the desk where I am working.

2. Arcane Brilliance for giving me something to read in-between all the customers at work.

3. Let me vague this up for you: certain things are seeming better than expected, which is a somewhat-unexpected but definitely not unpleasant surprise. OOOOOOH, VAGUE, I AM SO COOL. Only, totally not, but whatever.

4. LIFE, Y'ALL. LIFE. URGH.

I'm an idiot sometimes.

I don't give my dad enough credit, most of the time. My mom I sometimes give too much, but my dad... never enough.

And I worry too much, too, as I've been informed. Definitely a worrier. I should work on that.

Important thing: everything is good. :)

My mom has been very upset that it is, apparently, 'blizzarding' in Ohio. I have no idea what her idea of a blizzard is, but thankfully, as imthelobster and I do not live in Canada (:P haha) I do not have to worry about snow! :D However, it is cooling down quite nicely and I'm enjoying that. <3

You guys. I'm feeling all... ugh. I want to paint! The walls! Like a real home or something! And decorate. And... and. What is up with that? Silly.

I am ♥ing Wrath of the Lich King so far. It's slightly annoying how crowded everything is, but... whatevs. I wish I wasn't at work so I could be playing. :( sad times.

Other random things: I still don't like the new user info but I'm getting somewhat used to it, and I tweaked my journal a little bit today... probably not done tweaking, but it's something, for now.

For the record?

When imthelobster wakes up and stretches her way right off the bed, it's pretty much the most hilarious thing ever. :)

I just signed into aim express from work (shhh) and came to the immediate conclusion that I need to clean out my buddy list. I have people on there that I haven't talked to in years. Screennames I'm not even sure exist anymore, actually. heh.

But anyway, life is good!

I am (mostly) moved into the house with barbed_whispers and imthelobster, yaaaaay! I still need to unpack, and clean the apartment out, and etc yadda yadda boring, but... house! yay! AND the washer got hooked up today so I can ACTUALLY DO LAUNDRY, thank god.

PLUS PLUS PLUS. I am talking to simplykatie right now WHO I HAVE MISSED TIMES A BAJILLION. <333 (I really should work on txting you more often... that, I could do. heh.)

Most important fact in my life at the current moment: right now, I am happy. :) (okay, so that's a sort of vague most important fact, since ACTUALLY the most important fact is WHY I am happy, but you know. Whatever works!)

Also, apparently I am bouncy and randomly hyper tonight. WHERE DID ALL THIS ENERGY COME FROM?
